About Ghost Racks®
GHOST RACKS® are sustainably made, invisible racking systems that showcase a spectrum of surfboard models in their very best light.
These innovative racks have suddenly appeared out of thin air to now become an earthly phenomenon in the surfboard display world. This is the brainchild of passionate vintage surfboard collectors who’ve conjured up a range of models to showcase many boards from balsa malibus to 60s single fins, 70s twinnies to high-performance thrusters. There’s no board that can’t be assigned a rack with the CONJURE CUSTOM also available on request for unique displays.
All GHOST RACKS® offer universal board sizing through easily adjustable, clear acrylic brackets that are invisibly supported by the nose and fins or tail and rails, depending on the model. Importantly, the racks are sustainably produced with laser cut ghost acrylic, feature diamond polished edges and come with mounting hardware and instructions all inclusive.
When it comes to models, APPARITION is the wall-mounted vertical display option designed to showcase boards deck-side out with flexible nose to tail orientations. SPECTRE is the highly versatile rack offering wall-mounted horizontal or multi-angled board displays, ideal for featuring graphics best viewed in this format and the perfect choice for longer walls. The WRAITH is the freestanding and fully mobile vertical board display that’s perfectly balanced, making it a great visual merchandising rack for retail environments or commercial surf exhibits; also available in a double-sided model.
With GHOST RACKS®, what you don’t see is what you get!
Funny to be recommending something that I can’t see… My Pipe Masters 1989 winning board now sits in pride of place in my lounge room and it’s like it’s just floating there.
I can see the pure outline of my board without the hindrance of seeing a bulky racking system.
My board is in a ‘Wraith Rack’ – It’s minimal, sleek and the design is solid. It’s perfectly weighted so I know my board is secure and safe.
If you are a collector or you just have a favourite board to display – I highly recommend getting your board in a Ghost Rack.Gary 'Kong' Elkerton
I researched the market for a while for a surfboard rack which could display a board vertically. There were very few options and the options out there weren’t great. I finally found exactly what I was looking for.
I purchased it, it was easy to install and displays the board really well. Shane was really helpful and would strongly recommend these to anyone wanting to display a board on the wallGlenn Hardman
